Emerald & Gold Wedding | Ballroom Reception with Mahogany Chiavari Chairs

Let's be honest, the bar is a key element of the wedding—for you and your guests! Gone are the days of sticking the bar in the corner, hoping it doesn't sneak up in any photos. Your bar should make a statement and be an extension of the two of you! Whether you're planning to serve signature drinks, craft beers, or artfully mixed cocktails, we've got you covered when it comes to the decor 🙂

What's your wedding style?

It's totally fine if you're not sure! We can definitely assist you with coming up with the right catch phrase – southern chic? Boho? Retro? Whatever it is, we've got the little details to create an artful experience tying everything together. Let's shake things up!

Once you've determined the style, think about some fun cocktails or mocktails to feature! Maybe you're looking to throw it back a bit to a more retro vibe. The Classic Martini and Old Fashioned are a great way to use common bar inclusions with a dressed-up twist. Now all you need is the right bar front, glassware, and details!

Eclectic decor featuring colorful floral bouquet and fireplace mantle.

Our Bubba feasting tables seats up to 20 people!

The epitome of a table fit for royalty, our Bubba feasting table has enough elegance to elevate any event and the versatility to adapt to any vision or style. As one of the most unique and recognizable pieces in the RW Style inventory, Bubba is always ready to be the center of attention!

Although he may seem daunting because of his size, Bubba is surprisingly adaptable to any seating situation – he can be a showstopping head table for eight or a grand feasting table for twenty. Really want to make a statement? Rent a few Bubba tables to frame your dance floor or rent a few more and use them as reception tables to seat all your wedding guests.

Our Bubba feasting table works well with every style!

While his size makes him stand out in a crowd, his design is what makes him extraordinary. Although Bubba is the same size as two of our popular Caroline farm tables, his one-of-a-kind pedestal means there's no seam where two Caroline tables would meet. Since Bubba's base supports the middle of the table from underneath, there are no table legs for your guests to compete with – meaning you can fit an extra guest on each long side. Now that's what I call ingenuity!

Rustic, glam, bohemian – Bubba can do it all. Check out these photos of him in action and I'm sure you'll fall head over heels for him as I did.

White Wedding Cake Vignette with Fresh Floral and Gold Detailing. Displayed on RW Style's Wooden Table.

Your wedding cake vignette is arguably one of the biggest parts of your event; I mean it has its own photo moment! So why not make your cake unforgettable with some rentals and a touch of style!

There are so many ways to make your wedding cake the star of the show. It could be as simple as renting a unique table or as ornate as creating an entire dessert buffet on display. Adding floral and small décor details can make all the difference.

Where you place your cake on the big day can also help in creating a dramatic statement. If you have a beautiful sweetheart table set-up why not incorporate your cake next to you? Does your venue have a cool and unique area but you don't know how to utilize it? Your cake may be the perfect answer!

We would love to help with making your wedding cake a memorable moment! Check out the gallery below for some stunning (and delicious) cake vignette inspiration! <3

Blush Wedding Inspiration at Cypress Grove Estate House. Bold floral gives a stunning pop of color again a white backdrop.

Blush wedding palettes are a tried and true trend that does not seem to be going anywhere. However, we do see this color design evolving with new style and ideas being introduced, allowing for blush décor to feel fresh!

Some new takes on the blush wedding we love are;

  • Modern décor and accents
  • Shades of pink
  • The mix of blush and black
  • Blush and jewel tones

The classic color also lends itself well to a variety of wedding vibes. Below are four popular décor styles.

Blush decor, including a vintage dresser and upholstered chairs are subtle but give the perfect pop of color for a spring wedding.

Lounge furniture, tabletop décor, event seating, and linen are all very easy ways to incorporate blush into your design vision.

Gold decor chairs with a blush pad, specialty chargers, and velvet linen all add a sense of romance and elegance.

Beyond décor, you can also incorporate blush into other areas of your event. For example:

  • Signature Drinks
  • Custom stationery
  • Pink dessert and cake display
  • Bridal and groom attire (if you are feeling fashion-forward!)
  • Get away car! Who wouldn't love to exit in their perfect pink chariot!
Who doesn't love a blush wedding gown!? It's subtle but oh, so feminine. Not a fan of colored gowns? Try pairing the traditional white or ivory gown with blush shoes, or have your groom wear a fashion-forward blush or mauve suit.
Blush cocktails, a wedding cake, and dessert shooters are a fun and unexpected way to incorporate color into your wedding day design.

Make sure to drop us a line if you need help planning your perfectly pink day!

Bohemian style weddings are the newest bridal trend, and they won't be going anywhere anytime soon. A bohemian styled event is a perfect theme for the fashion-forward and trendy couple.

A boho wedding is going to incorporate a whimsical style with elements of rustic vibes and bold details. If you are wanting to go modern, some edgy detailing is great too! There's also a distinction between West Coast Bohemian with a desert-inspired appeal and East Coast which can be more tropical inspired and modern.

Macrame, rattan, velvet, and greenery are just some of the bohemian trends. Farm tables with unique seating options and non-traditional tablescapes are essential for receptions. A lounge with bohemian style furniture and elements can create a laid back and stylish atmosphere. Calligraphy and well-placed signage can also bring in an artistic touch. If you are marrying outdoors, a unique tent such as a Sperry tent or TeePee tent can create a dramatic atmosphere, perfectly complemented with alternative décor and floral details.

Whatever your boho-style leans toward, there are some must-haves across the board, and we have all the items you could need for your Bohemian big day at our warehouse!

One of the things our couples love most about Cypress Grove is the Old Florida feel which is so hard to find anymore, especially in Orlando! Once surrounded by orange groves, we wanted to play into that old Florida citrus plantation feel and use the Estate's surroundings to complement that aesthetic.

With the sunlight reflecting off gorgeous Lake Jessamine, golden rays project stunning shades of pinks and oranges which we wanted to capture in the showcased floral. The house itself stands beautifully in a crisp white with emerald green shutters to accent so the same palette was used for our linens and candy buffet. We wanted to show our couples the very landscapes they fell in love with could be implemented into their wedding day details.

We focused on rentals that our couples love to see – a unique dessert display, wood elements, and rustic chairs to complement. Our emerald buffet was the perfect accent piece to Florida Candy Buffet's colorful display. Our Wesley farm tables and matching French Country Chairs added the southern elegance our couples love and paired wonderfully with our linen covered Captain's tables! Incorporating two table styles adds such a fun design element 😉

We had the pleasure of providing rentals for Victoria & Jonathan's southern garden inspired wedding, featured on Every Last Detail (head over there to see all the details from this wedding)! The event was hosted at Haus 820, an industrial warehouse for special events – giving this wedding a fun, modern twist!

From the planner:
The vast dessert display was set on a vintage ice cream cart and featured a 4 tier, hand-painted cake to match the invitation suite and printed goods. The southern garden wedding was inspired by Victoria's mother's Charleston upbringing complete with a flower bucket display. Reminiscent of a flower market, the metal bucket stand filled with florals served as the seating chart for the evening. Small escort cards were connected to each bucket with tiny white flower magnets. The room was filled with romance from the soft blue and pastel tones, twinkling candlelight, crape myrtle trees lining the space, tall greenery centerpieces and an abundance of fluffy blooms throughout. At each place setting an etched charger sat beneath a blue hemstitch napkin wrapped between white dinner plates and mismatched vintage salad plates that tied in beautifully with hints of soft pastels in the blooms.

It's the final week of our mini-series on a luxurious southern wedding inspired shoot we hosted at Luxmore Grande Estate. Our little hearts are so excited to share the final details with you! So far, we've talked about welcoming your guests with a fun station, the aesthetics of the ceremony, how to deck out the reception space, and all about the little details. To finish us off, we're sharing about the beauty of portraits!

Photos: JP Pratt, Floral: Flowers by Lesley, Fashion: Solutions Bridal, Beauty: Laura Reynolds Artistry

As essential as a well designed ceremony + reception are, it's just as necessary for the bridal styling to encompass the overall theme; the look featured in our southern styled shoot is an embodiment of Luxmore Grande Estate!

The beautiful gown from Solutions Bridal Designer House was the perfect fit for the clean and elegant atmosphere of the Estate. The dress and bridal style melded perfectly into the rest of the décor & details. The unique floral print of the dress also brought in a chic and sophisticated new age air to the overall look.

The curated spaces, and details as a whole provided so many gorgeous opportunities for bridal portrait shots. It was hard to pick which ones were our favorites!

Lacie

It was a culmination of the smaller details that helped breathe life into out southern inspired styled shoot. The soft hues and stationery brought vintage romance, while the fashionable addition of Antonio Milani pumps gave just the right hint of modern edginess.

While big décor items and spaces are important, it is often times the smaller details that can really stand out for a wedding. An intricately crafted wedding invitation suite, a handwritten note, or the perfect shot of your designer bridal shoes are the small things that can make your grand vision a reality!

The cake, provided by Bakers Cottage Cakes, display was inspired by the idea of an old southern home. The antique furniture echoed the welcome set-up and brought a little old world charm. The floral around the cake overflowed and felt like a lush southern garden brought indoors. The shelf accents also played with mixing old and new vibes, and style.

P.S. Don't miss the last post of our southern wedding mini-series next week!

If you know our team, you're well aware that we LOVE a well designed and thought out reception tablescape – from the linen, to the floral, and all the way to the china + flatware, the RW ladies are all about the aesthetics.

The reception is the perfect opportunity to bring the wedding vision to life, and to make a bold statement guests will never forget!

The Luxmore Grande Estate ballroom was completely transformed for this elaborate reception set-up. All the details capture the theme, melding modern and classic elements all while keeping the traditional and southern character of the estate.

Rentals pictured :: Gold Flatware, China, Gold Rimmed Chargers, Gold Louis chairs

The gorgeous French blue, ivory, and gold palette was a major theme in designing the reception tablescape. The idea was to create a sleek aesthetic while still providing a soft and romantic ambiance.

The patterned napkins contrast beautifully against the solid ivory table linen, while the tall centerpieces create height and add texture. The layered china also mimics the palette by pulling in multiple tones and styles.

The sweetheart table was another beautifully designed space from our southern wedding styled shoot. The design plays off the reception tablescape but also has its own original flare, helping it stand out from the rest.

Mixing an exposed wooden table with linen is always a great way to break up the layout. It also adds diversity to the overall look.

Last week we started a mini-series on a luxurious styled shoot we hosted with rentals + designs fit for a southern belle. In case you missed it, we started off with the first area your guests will see – the welcome station {perfect for featuring a fun welcome beverage or treat and gift + sign-in table}! This week is all about the ceremony space and making it your own.

|  CEREMONY AESTHETIC  |

This stunning space married the traditional southern wedding with a new age flare! We love the use of the magnolia leaves and other greenery in this unique arch created by Flowers by Lesley. The elegant Gold Louis chairs, from RW Events, had an old world charm that popped against all the greenery on the Luxmore Estate Patio.

Your wedding ceremony is arguably the most important part of the entire event, and the most intimate. Collaborate with your vendors and don't be afraid to dream up something bold and uniquesmile emoticon While creating an area that reflects both the bride and groom is important, this space is also a precursor to your reception. The design here is a great way to give your guests a glimpse of what's to come!

Xoxo,

While we have seen Luxmore Grande Estate styled in so many ways, at its core it will always be an elegant southern estate. That is why we are so excited to share to share this stunning modern take on a southern wedding with you!! Over the coming weeks we'll be breaking down a luxurious styled shoot we hosted and chatting about all the details that make this fit for a southern belle ❤️ We're starting off with the first thing your guests will see – a welcome station!

Welcoming your guests in style!

We love the soft blues and neutrals used in this color palette for a wedding welcome station. The antique rentals echoed the traditional southern charm, while accents such as the gold geometric vases brought a modern edge. The clean floral also added a sleek finish while still feeling classic.

Featured Inventory :: Winter, Oates, & assorted vases + mirror

Putting together a unique and personalized wedding welcome station for guests is a great way to make them feel at home during your event! Your guests are your closest family and friends and they are excited to celebrate with you. So a thoughtful welcome station is the perfect way to greet them!

Photos: JP Pratt | Floral: Flowers by Lesley | Calligraphy: Andi Mejia

Have fun with creating your welcome area, and use meaningful details to tie it back into the rest of your décor & theme. Floral accents can play of your bouquets and centerpieces, while accessories can accent your color palette. Personalized touches such as a customized welcome sign can bring the entire space together.

Stay tuned for more details from the reception space, our grand entryway, and a sweet cake display!

We were elated when the creative director of Lush Cosmetics reached out about their convention in Orlando. Being a huge fan of their products made our job easy! The prided themselves in creating handmade, organic products.

Keeping the design in-line with their signature brand, we brought in garden picked wildflowers. They were organically assembled in mason jars.

The final look was a disorderly array of their products. Certainly, in the coolest way possible.

Their team was tasked with testing and learning about the new products. Because of this, we created a relaxed environment to ensure comfort. Hence, the day bed and poufs! Each space was inspired around a signature Lush Cosmetics scent.

If you've met our team, you know how much we love a stunning tablescape. It's certainly no secret that perfectly placed china, floral, and elegant linen make our hearts swoon. 🙂 We partnered with some amazing Central Florida wedding vendors to make this dreamy tablescape come to life. Our bestie, Lesley with Flowers by Lesley, adorned a captain's table with a mix of high + low centerpieces {with lush arrangements of white hydrangea + roses} & votives, and wove some lovely fabric into the back of our chiavari chairs. It gave our simple but oh, so elegant tablescape a romantic, ethereal feel! The linen {Bentley} is one of our favs from Over the Top and we choose to drape that over a captain's table. For those of you who don't know, a captain's table is an expanded version of a standard 8′ banquet table. It's an extra 18″ wide, making it the perfect table option if you want to feature chargers, a full place setting, and lots of floral! Our belmont chargers were topped with our in-house china at Luxmore Grande Estate {isn't that gold rim gorgeous!?} and we paired that with a sleek silverware set {Capri} from A Chair Affair. We simple love this style for Luxmore Grande Estate, with is grande ballroom and sparkly chandeliers!

The RW Style rental collection offers a vast array of furnishings and accents that instantly elevate the experience of any gathering. So, what's the difference between rentals and styling?

Rentals :: A rented item comes as is – delivered, placed, and retrieved by our warehouse team. You have complete creative control regarding how the item is used.
Styling :: Think of styling as interior design for your event. We handle all of the design details to create a space brimming with personality & pretty.

Let's use a cake table as an example.

The lovely lady below is Emiline, an antique secretary desk we found in mint condition. She's the perfect rental piece for a petite cake, especially if the client is interested in vintage furniture.

Here's where styling comes into play…

We intentionally used stone pots and urns to echo the texture and architecture of the venue. Vintage candlesticks, lush floral arrangements, and a couple of leftover lemons resulted in this lively styled cake table!

Dede

Our favorite part of engagement season is participating in bridal shows and showcases. It's an amazing opportunity for us to style some of our favorite pieces and wow the attendees with inspirational decor. A few weeks ago we participated in the Florida Wedding Expo along with our vendor partners Treasury Rentals and Flowers by Lesley.
